My Journey...

I made this video my first semester back in college after being medically withdrawn as a way to heal from some of the darkest memories of my eating disorder that still clouded my mind. The beginning photos were taken in the bathroom during my first week at Renfrew, the first inpatient treatment center I was admitted to. These are the only sick photos I ever took. This painting now hangs on a wall in my bedroom, as a visual reminder that RECOVERY is what makes you beaYOUtiful.

Letting Go...

I made this video in my last year of college with the help of Drew, who I am blessed enough to call my husband. It symbolizes letting go of all the negative thoughts and beliefs I was still holding to, making room for faith, peace and love to take over. Recovering from Anorexia is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life, but once you make it to the other side, you realize what an incredible gift life truly is.
